Oumar was born in West African Guinea and lives, studies and works in the Netherlands. He has extensive knowledge and experience with different cultures and languages, both personally and professionally. With a background as a French teacher and local politician and an academic background in international communication, it is not unexpected that he is the initiator of this foundation.

Mylène is a young, ambitious medical doctor. She is passionate about helping and supporting people from her professional background. She also has solid organizational skills, which come in useful within the foundation for the coordinating tasks she undertakes.

As treasurer, Laurent is responsible for the financial administration and fundraising. Working in the cultural sector, he believes in the power of the arts to break down barriers and broaden one's perspective of the world. That is what he is aiming to achieve with Andin: contributing to a view of the world that recognizes difference and transcends prejudice.
